More tenants set up shop at Belle Meade Hill Center

Nashville, TN - Several new businesses have been moving in to the Hill Center at Belle Meade in recent weeks, and more are expected to come throughout the summer, adding to a vibrant retail area.
The $32 million shopping center on Harding Road near Saint Thomas Hospital welcomes several medical offices, a frozen yogurt store and a barbershop.
New tenants include:
- Uncle Classic Barbershop, in the retail building in front of Publix
- Sweet CeCe's Frozen Yogurt & Treats
- Tennessee Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons
- Green Hills Pediatric Associates and The Children's Clinic of Nashville
- Optometric Physicians of Middle Tennessee
- Outpatient Imaging Affiliates
Councilman Jason Holleman, whose district includes part of Belle Meade, said, "It's exciting to see retail and service shops flourish in an area that has storefronts up on the sidewalk and is accessible by (the Richland Creek) greenway. It reinforces the idea that Nashvillians are increasingly supporting pedestrian-oriented development."
The 117,000-square-foot Hill Center at Belle Meade replaced a smaller development that was anchored by H.G. Hill supermarket. The project's second phase, which could be a couple of years away, is likely to include more office and retail space and possibly some residential units.
