Nashville, TN - W Squared is very pleased to announce the promotion of Jennifer Brubaker to Chief Financial Officer. Ms. Brubaker joined W Squared in April 2008 as the Corporate Controller. "We are so fortunate to have Jennifer at W Squared," said Shannon Farrington, W Squared's CEO. "The combination of her public accounting background and her financial operations experience at a publicly traded company make her uniquely qualified to provide our clients with the exceptional level of service they demand."

Prior to joining W Squared, Ms. Brubaker was the Corporate Controller for Goldleaf Financial Solutions, Inc., a publicly traded company that provides a full-suite of technology products and services to community financial institutions. At Goldleaf, Ms. Brubaker managed an accounting and finance staff of 17. She was responsible for accounting, SEC financial reporting, budgeting, Sarbanes-Oxley compliance, and corporate taxes. During her tenure at Goldleaf, Ms. Brubaker integrated the accounting and finance functions for five acquisitions.

Ms. Brubaker was previously a Financial Analyst at Vanderbilt University. At Vanderbilt, she was responsible for the year end financial reporting, capital expenditure projections, and preparation of financial presentations for delivery to the Board of Trust.

Prior to Vanderbilt, Ms. Brubaker worked for KPMG and Arthur Andersen. Ms. Brubaker is a Certified Public Accountant and received her Bachelors and Masters of Accountancy from the University of Tennessee.
