CLP Healthcare Services Buys Nine More Locations
Nashville, TN - Now boasting 48 locations in 16 states, CLP Healthcare Services, formerly known as Cloverleaf Partners, is one of the largest hospice providers in the nation. The nine acquired hospice operations — spread across Texas, Florida, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, Michigan and New Mexico — were purchased from Maryland-based Fundamental Long Term Care. All but one of the operations are in new markets for Cloverleaf Partners.
